Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor function training intervention on vaginal muscle strength, maximum urine flow rate (Qmax), urination time (VT), and maximum urethral pressure (MUP) in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods Selected 160 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Huadu District, Guangzhou from January 2019 to January 2021, and divided them into the control group and the research group according to the random number table, with 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received pelvic floor function training intervention, perform basic care at the same time, the research group of patients in the control group electrical stimulation. 15 days is a course of treatment, both groups of patients are given 1 course of treatment. Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment, vaginal muscle strength and urodynamic indexes before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group; compared with before treatment, after treatment, MUP and pelvic floor type Ⅰ muscle fiber and type Ⅱ muscle fiber continued to increase systolic blood pressure in both groups, and the research group was higher than the control; after treatment, the duration of contraction of pelvic floor type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ muscle fibers in the two groups was longer than before treatment, and the research group was longer than the control group; after treatment, Qmax of the two groups of patients increased, and the research group was faster than the control group; the VT of both groups were shortened, and the research group was shorter than the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusions Electric stimulation combined with pelvic floor function training intervention can improve vaginal muscle strength and urodynamic indexes in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, the treatment effect is obvious.
