Objective To explore the effect of Modified Fangji Huangqi Decoction combined with hormone treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome on the levels of serum uric acid (UA), serum creatinine (SCr), urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood coagulation status in children. Methods A total of 122 children with nephrotic syndrome who were admitted to Suzhou City Wujiang Hospital of TCM from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group (61 cases) and the observation group (61 cases) according to the random number table method. Treat children in the control group with hormone drugs, children in the observation group were treated with Modified Fangji Huangqi Decoction on the basis of the control group, Both groups of children were treated for 1 course (30 d). Compaped the clinical efficacy of the two groups of children after treatment, serum UA, SCr, BUN, plasma viscosity (PV), platelet aggregation before and after treatment changes in aggregation rate and prothrombin time (PT) levels. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group; compared with before treatment, PV, platelet aggregation rate and serum UA, SCr, BUN levels of the two groups of children decreased after treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group; after treatment, the plasma PT of the two groups of children prolonged, and the observation group was longer than the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusions Modified Fangji Huangqi Decoction combined with hormone treatment of children with nephrotic syndrome can effectively relieve the children's clinical symptoms and improve blood coagulation function, reduce serum UA, SCr, BUN level, improve clinical efficacy.
