Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with rosuvastatin on cardiac function, vascular endothelial function and hemorheology in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Pingliang Kongtong District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the treatment group (50 cases) according to the random number table. Patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets, and the treatment group were treated with Shexiang Baoxin pills on the basis of the control group. The patients in both groups were treated for 1 month. The changes of cardiac function, vascular endothelial function and hemorheology of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and nitric oxide (NO) levels of the two groups increased significantly compared with before treatment, and the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group; after treatment, the left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD), left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD), endothelin (ET), thromboxane B2 (TXB2), plasma viscosity, fibrin level, and the treatment group's whole blood viscosity of the two groups patients decreased compared with before treatment, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with rosuvastatin can effectively reduce the blood viscosity of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, regulate the patient's vascular endothelial function, improve blood rheology, and further enhance the patient's cardiac function and control the development of the disease.
