Abstract:Objective? To explore the effect of aupuncture method of transfer supervision on pregnancy and serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E2), and testosterone (T) levels in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods A total of 115 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the control group (57 cases) and the experimental group (58 cases) according to the random number table. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine (clomiphene citrate capsule, progesterone, etc.), and patients in the experimental group were treated with aupuncture method of transfer supervision on the basis of the control group. Patients in both groups were observed for 3 menstrual cycles. The clinical efficacy, biochemical pregnancy rate, pregnancy rate, ovulation rate of patients in the two group after treatment, endometrial thickness, menstrual cycle, cervical mucus (Insler) score and serum FSH, LH, E2, T levels of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of patients in the experimental group was 91.38%, which was significantly higher than 77.19% in the control group; the biochemical pregnancy rate, pregnancy rate, and ovulation rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group; compared with before treatment, the endometrium of patients in the two groups thickened significantly and the experimental group was significantly thicker than the control group; the Insler scores of the two groups significantly increased, and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group; the serum FSH, LH, E2 and T levels significantly reduced, and the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Aupuncture method of transfer supervision can increase the pregnancy rate of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, regulate the thickness of the endometrium, regulate hormone levels, restore reproductive function, and improve the treatment effect.
