Abstract:Objective To study the influence of heterozygous blood purification on the hemodialysis effect and blood pressure of maintenance hemodialysis patients with refractory hypertension. Methods 60 cases maintenance hemodialysis patients with refractory hypertension who were admitted to Shenzhen Baoan People's Hospital from August 2019 to February 2020 were divide into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with hemodialysis alone, and patients in the observation group were treated with heterozygous blood purification. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Compared the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, plasma renin, angiotensin, and parathyroid hormone levels of patients before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment between the two groups, and the occurrence of complications after treatment of patients in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with before treatment, after 8 weeks of treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, plasma renin, angiotensin, parathyroid hormone levels of patients in the two groups decreased significantly, and the observation group was lower than the control group; after treatment, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Heterozygous blood purification has a good hemodialysis effect on maintenance hemodialysis patients with refractory hypertension, which can effectively improve the blood pressure levels and remove macromolecular toxins from the patient's body, maintain a stable internal environment, and has good safety.
