Objective To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Guben decoction combined with chemotherapy on the treatment efficacy and immune function of patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected, and divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group was treated with paclitaxel and cisplatin (PT) chemotherapy, and patients in the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Guben decoction on the basis of the control group. 4 weeks was a treatment cycle, and both groups were treated for 3 cycles. Clinical efficacy after treatment, T lymphocyte subsets and serum immunoglobulin levels before and after treatment, and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment of patients in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 70.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (47.50%); after treatment, the percentage of CD8+ in the control group was significantly higher than that before treatment, while the percentage of CD4+ , CD4+ /CD8+ ratio and the levels of serum immunoglobulin M (IgM), immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin G (IgG) in the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment and significantly lower than those in the observation group; the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction, neurotoxicity, hepatorenal toxicity, alopecia, nausea and vomiting in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (all P <0.05); there were no significant difference in CD8+ percentage, CD4+ percentage, CD4+ /CD8+ ratio, serum IgM, IgM and IgG levels in the observation group after treatment compared with before treatment(all P <0.05). Conclusion The application of Fuzheng Guben Decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer patients can improve the clinical treatment effect and improve the immune function ,which has high safety.
