Abstract:Objective? To analyze the effect of Hyaluronic acid repair biofilm on the skin barrier function and serum interleukin-2 (IL-2), interleukin-4 (IL-4) and eosinophils (EOS) for atopic dermatitis in children. Methods A total of 68 children with atopic dermatitis admitted to Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 34 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated with Tacrolimus Ointment, and the children in the observation group were treated with Hyaluronic acid repair biofilm on the basis of the control group. The children in both groups were treated 4 weeks. Compared the clinical efficacy after treatment, the sebum content, transdermal water loss (TEWL), cuticle moisture content, serum IL-2, IL-4, and peripheral blood EOS levels before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment of children in the two groups. Results? After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of children in the observation group was 94.12%, which was significantly higher than that 76.47% in the control group; Compared with before treatment, the sebum content, cuticle moisture content and serum IL-4 levels increased significantly after treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group; While the levels of TEWL, serum IL-2 and peripheral blood EOS levels of children in the two groups decreased significantly, and the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group (all P <0.05); Compared the total incidence of adverse reactions of children between the two groups during the treatment period, the difference were not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion? Hyaluronic acid repair biofilm in the treatment of children with atopic dermatitis can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of children, effectively improve the skin barrier function of children, and regulate serum-related cytokine levels, improves the body's immunity without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
