    目的 探讨新疆地区 ABO 血型与常见恶性肿瘤发病的相关性,为临床肿瘤防治提供参考依据。方法 回顾性分析新疆生产建设 兵团医院 2010 年 1 月至 2019 年 6 月确诊的 1 221 例常见恶性肿瘤患者的血型资料,将其作为恶性肿瘤组,另回顾性分析同期于院内接受 体检的 3 997 例健康体检者的血型资料,将其作为健康组。比较恶性肿瘤组与健康组的 ABO 血型分布情况;采用 Pearson 相关系数法分析 ABO 血型与 4 种常见恶性肿瘤的相关性;采用多因素 Logistic 回归分析法分析不同 ABO 血型发生恶性肿瘤的相对危险度。结果 经统计 发现,恶性肿瘤组中 A 型血患者占比最高,AB 型血占比最少;胃癌患者 ABO 血型分布与健康组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ 2 =19.364, P<0.05);肺癌、结直肠癌和乳腺癌患者的 ABO 血型分布与健康组比较,差异均无统计学意义(χ 2 =1.037、0.937、2.399,均P>0.05); 经 Pearson 相关系数法分析发现,肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌的发生率和 A 型血患者占比均呈正相关(r=1.781、1.274、1.074,均P<0.05); 经多因素 Logistic 回归分析法分析,A 型血人群为恶性肿瘤高风险人群,A 型血患肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌的危险度均显著高于非 A 型血者 (OR=1.421、1.521、1.521,均P<0.05)。结论 ABO 血型与恶性肿瘤的发生之间具有一定的相关性,与其他非 A 型血人群相比,A 型 血人群患肺癌、胃癌、乳腺癌的风险更高。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the correlation between ABO blood type and the incidence of common malignant tumors in Xinjiang, in order to provide reference for clinical tumor prevention and treatment. Methods The blood type data of 1 221 patients with common malignant tumors diagnosed in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Hospital from January 2010 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed (the malignant tumor group), in addition the blood type data of 3 997 healthy people who received physical examination in the hospital in the same period were analyzed retrospectively (the health group). The ABO blood type distribution of the malignant tumor group and the health group were compared; the correlation between ABO blood type and 4 types of malignant tumors was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient method; the relative risk of malignant tumor in the different ABO blood types was analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression. Results According tostatistics, in the malignant tumor group, the proportion of patients with blood type A was the highest, and the proportion of patients with blood type AB was the lowest; and the distribution of ABO blood types in patients with stomach cancer was significantly different from that of the healthy group (χ 2 =19.364, P<0.05); the ABO blood group distribution of lung cancer, colorectal cancer and breast cancer was not significantly different from that of the health group (χ 2 =1.037, 0.937, 2.399, all P>0.05); according to Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, the incidence of lung cancer, stomach cancer and breast cancer was positively correlated with the proportion of blood type A (r =1.781, 1.274, 1.074, all P<0.05); according to multivariate Logistic regression analysis, people with blood type A were at high risk of malignant tumors, the risk of lung cancer, stomach cancer, and breast cancer with blood type A were significantly higher than those in non-blood type A (OR =1.421, 1.521, 1.521, all P<0.05). Conclusion ABO blood type has a certain correlation with the occurrence of malignant tumor, people with blood type A have a higher risk of developing lung cancer, stomach cancer, and breast cancer than other people with non-blood type A.
